Here are some of the most common questions we get regarding our Canva templates, how to access and use them:

How will I get access to the templates?
After your purchase you should've seen an e-mail to your e-mail account with the link to the PDF. Inside the PDF you will find links leading you to Canva to the designs.

Are all of the templates editable?
All of the templates can be fully customized using Canva! You can easily change all the designs including colors, fonts, graphics and text to better suit your needs✨

Are the pictures by default to use?
DISCLAIMER: these are templates meaning that all the pictures are samples as well and some aren't usable unless you have Canva PRO.

But there are A LOT of suitable FREE pictures to choose from but these are ment for you to insert your own pictures in the templates to make them truly yours!

Are items refundable?
Due to their digital nature the items are not refundable. Please be sure to read through the product description and go through the product pictures information!

What are the IG template formats?
IG stories are 1080x1920px. The IG post stories are in portrait size of 1080x1350px if not stated otherwise. That's for max engagement so your posts would take up the most screen space (think of reels for example and their success besides being a video - the size). On the grid it will look cohesive because the theme is the same as you can see the "grid" on the product photos as well.

I can't somehow download my templates. What should I do?
